We’re committed to delivering fresh coffee and quality coffee equipment quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.
📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you by email if there’s a significant delay.
🚚 Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within Canada.

🫘 Fresh Coffee Guarantee
For coffee beans, we take measure to ensure freshness.
Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped.
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away (see below).
💰 Free Shipping Offers
We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over [$70 CAD] before taxes.
This offer applies to eligible orders within Canada only.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery status online.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation.
⚠️ Delays and Taxes
- Domestic orders: Taxes are calculated at checkout in accordance with provincial and federal requirements.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
🧾 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us at hello@decaffeinatedincanada.com within 7 days of
- delivery (or expected delivery).Include your order number and any relevant photos of the package.
- We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
